O’Rourke-Curated ATP Festival Rescheduled

The All Tomorrow’s Parties’ I’ll Be Your Mirror festival curated by Jim O’Rourke has been indefinitely postponed until later this year.  According to ATP, ticket sales have been significantly lower than last year’s, and to top it off with many artists unable to commit, the festival was deemed financially unfeasible.  This was to be the second Mirror event in Tokyo.

O’Rourke had previously confirmed that he was to perform his 1999 album Eureka with a 12-piece band at this festival.  Other confirmed artists were Tony Conrad & Charlemagne Palestine, Michael Rother, Borbetomagus, and The Necks.  Whether these artist remain in the line-up is yet to be confirmed.

ATP has announced that all purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the new dates, whenever those are confirmed.
